When purchased along with WaterRower's Heart Rate Monitor Receiver Kit (fixes to rear of monitor) the strap can be used to measure heart rate whilst rowing, which is then displayed upon the S4 Monitor.

NOTE: The T31 Strap is a transmitter and will only work with your WaterRower Monitor if you pruchase their receiver kit.
